Jeff Staples Group is a Pinellas Park, Florida-based mobile entertainment company providing professional disc jockey and photo booth services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, school dances, and milestone celebrations. We bring the music, the lighting, the keepsake photos, and the personality that turns an event into a memory.
Every event is run by an experienced DJ working from your timeline and your music preferences. Our photo booth captures every guest in a four-shot composite branded with your event details, and (with the guest's permission) delivers their photos straight to their phone before they leave.

At our photo booth, guests have the option to receive their event photos and videos via text message (SMS/MMS). This section describes how that delivery service works.
Mobile phone numbers are collected only when a guest voluntarily enters their number on the photo booth touchscreen at the conclusion of their photo session. Entering your number on the touchscreen is your express consent to receive a one-time delivery of your event photos and videos, plus any necessary follow-up messages from Jeff Staples Group related to those photos (for example, a corrected version of a photo if an error is later found).
We do not collect mobile numbers in any other way. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone lists. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this channel.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is occasional: typically one message per event, plus rare follow-ups.
The only personal information we collect through the photo booth SMS service is the mobile phone number you voluntarily enter on the booth touchscreen, together with the photos and videos taken of you at that booth during the event.
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver to you, via SMS or MMS, the photos and videos taken of you at the photo booth, and to send any necessary correction or follow-up message related to that delivery. We do not use your number for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your mobile number with any third party for marketing purposes. We share your number only with the SMS/MMS delivery infrastructure (currently Twilio, Inc.) required to deliver the message to your carrier, and only for that purpose. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by Twilio's own privacy policy.
Mobile numbers entered at the photo booth are retained for up to 90 days following the event to allow for delivery, redelivery in case of failure, and corrections. After 90 days the number is deleted from our active delivery records. Event photos and videos may be retained longer for the event host's archival purposes; contact us to request deletion of your likeness.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You may request deletion of your number or your photos from our records by contacting us at the phone number above.
Jeff Staples Group operates a mobile DJ and photo booth service at events under contract with the event host. Guests at the event may use the booth and, optionally, request delivery of their photos by text message.
You must be at least 13 years old and the lawful owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you enter on the booth. Do not enter someone else's number.
The SMS/MMS service is provided as a courtesy delivery mechanism only. You agree not to use it to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person, and not to attempt to abuse or disrupt the service.
Message frequency is occasional. Most recipients receive one message per event. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Jeff Staples Group does not charge you for these messages.
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to immediately opt out of further messages. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

The SMS/MMS service is provided "as is" without warranty. Jeff Staples Group is not responsible for delivery failures caused by your carrier, an incorrect number entry, a deactivated number, or any other condition outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted at this URL. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date below.
